Registration Fee Includes: attendance at all sessions, 3 nights accommodation in Olympic Hotel, lunches, refreshments, receptions and conference documents.

Cancellations:

All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received by 31-Oct-2008 are subject to a refund of 80% of amount paid. Cancellation after 31-Oct-2008 will be honored; however, no refund will be made. Should you be unable to attend, substitutions may be made to transfer your registration to another member of your organization at any time up to 21-Nov-2008.
